Wheel Bearing Service

I took my AS in for wheel bearing service. The AS Dealer is now saying the cost will be $700, due to the fact that one of the bearings was seized (which I seriously doubt). Brakes are OK, but the quote includes resurfacing the drums. This cost is about 3x what I expected to pay. What does everyone else think?

If the dealer is being truthful about having to replace the bearings, that could be OK, assuming he is replacing all the wheel bearings. replacing just one set of bearings would be foolhardy.

I think that I would try another RV dealer for an estimate. You don't need to go to an Airstream dealer as all travel trailer running gear is pretty much the same.
