What should I all do?

Our Flying Cloud is entering it's 5th summer of use, with entire time being outside. I am going to go over it from top to bottom and grease, reseal and clean everything . So far my list includes, resealing the fans, vents and TV antenna on the roof, cleaning all of the rubber gaskets with 303, cleaning and siliconing all hinges, checking all drawer and door hinges for loose or missing screws. Our trailer has the never lube bearings and self adjusting brakes so I don't need to worry about those. What else should I be looking at or checking out.

New tires are a must. I get new ones every three years.
