We discovered a leak

Even though we have been in Heavy rains before, we found a leak by the seam under the front attachment of the electric awning. We realize that it might not be that but we are going to attempt a temporary solution. We are in the first year of our warranty. fB 27 serenity. Where on that attachment do you seal? We are in southern Louisiana and can not get to a dealer till mid April.
It definitely will be raining again.
