Warranty items?

I've got (2) items with my 2008 Classic that are really chaffing me...

Can anybody give me some insight on whether these are just cosmetic, or a symptom of a serious problem...

Picasa Web Albums - JOSEPH - floor at bath

1. that's a 4' level.. with about 3/4" at one end

2. the deformation is in the wrap just in front of the entry door. I'm assuming it's something I missed during pre-purchase... although it is very noticeable... there's no scratches or marks that would indicate road damage, running into something, etc..

I think the outside lower wrap is cosmetic and it should be fixable/replaceable. I can't believe it passed AS's final inspection.

The floor is another story - I'd send the pics to the customer service dept at your dealer and AS as well.

I had it at Jackson, and they said the floor is from "running cable from one side to the next, on top the frame, under the plywood" it's "typical for my model"

I find that explanation unbelievable.
