Voyager rear camera
Not getting power to the rear camera on 2019 16 RB Sport.
Can not retrieve the connectors through the grommet hole in the exterior skin above the Airstream logo above the rear window.
Therefore, can not check for 12v current without cutting the pigtail to the camera.
I would rather access the wiring connectors behind the rear storage cubbies above the bed.
How do I remove those storage cubbies?

Tthe camera power comes from the TV running lights. You need to be connected to the TV with tail/running lights on to get camera power.

Don't cut or remove anything, plug into tow vehicle and turn on the parking lights.... camera will fire up.

Also if you aren't getting a picture on your monitor it could be that you need to re pair the system. I had to do that about a month ago. Before doing anything make sure your vehicle is on and the lights are on, and then re pair the system.

I just replaced my Voyager camera by removing the grommet then fished out the connectors. Hopefully there’s a loose connection at one of the two connectors.
At least you can get a test light or VOM in there.
Good luck!

I'll be Captain Obvious.
If the running lights are on, 12 v. is making it that far and there isn't a short.
As Jeff said above, it has to be an open lead. If 12v. is getting to the camera, then I'd bring the monitor back there and re-pair.
(re-pair? )
1. Bad camera.
2. Re-pair to monitor.
3. No power to camera.
If the dealer was stumped, did they trace the 12 v. to the camera?

Not Very Easy
Hello.
I replaced the Voyager rear camera on my AS. They develop water inside and then the lens clouds. When I contacted the manufacturer, they sent me a new camera along with the pigtail connector. Problem is, there is only a 1/2" hole from which the camera lead comes out from inside the trailer. So what I did was add the new camera with a splice out side the AS with the new pigtail then used the other pigtail to connect them then I sealed the connector in shrink wrap then zip tied the whole thing to the outside bracket. I can easily change cameras that way.
Specifically for you, the lead coming out of the AS are two hot leads, one to power the camera, the other to send a signal the the monitor. The AS is the ground.
Power the monitor and attempt to pair. If the pairing fails three times, use an automotive probe meter to check if each wire at the camera (splice the line to expose both wires) has 12 volts. If there is no voltage, the problem is internal. The only way around it is to widen the 1/2" hole to access the wiring and re-splice 12 volts from the center red clearance light.
I sincerely hope you have a bad circuit board in your camera so re-wiring is unnecessary.

I have a WVSXC150 camera which I couldnt connect to with a Voyager monitor recommended by AS that wasnt compatable (wvom541AP), It would not pair regardless. The tec rep offered that disregarding the compatibility issues, the monitor must be trying to pair before you turn on the TV running lights or head lights. There's some crazy signaling protocol that initiates at that point in the sequence. If the TV lights are already on, it doesn't pair. Im not sure what is what since I can't really test because my monitor is not compatible. Ha. They got me again. DH
