Vent Not Venting

Have had my 2018 Flying Cloud 27FB for 2 years and never had this problem before. My black tank vent had suddenly stopped venting. I was emptying the black tank and noted the stinky slinky was expanding when the black valve was opened and contracting when the black tank valve was closed. Not a problem in the past with gray tank. Checked the roof vent and no obvious problem there.
Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?
