USB Ports

We've owned out 2018 27' GT for 2 years, 2nd owner. Our USB charging ports have never worked.

Any suggestions?

Get your multimeter out and start tracing back to power source. Including your cables.

All the USB ports, or just some of them?

I assume you’ve checked all your fuses and breakers. Do all the other electric outlets work properly?

2020 25'FC twin FB.
The USB outlets on either side of the center nightstand have double USB sockets. The top socket is hot whenever the battery is on. The lower socket has power only when on shore power.
The USB next to the DVD player only works when the radio is on.
