Teflon skid plate sliding door

Needs some help finding some either plastic or Teflon 1/2 x 1/8 strips that the sliding door for the bathroom of my 1973 sovereign rest and slide against. It sticks to the wall with plastic facing out and the sliding door for the bathroom slide against. Here’s a picture. Any ideas are welcomed.

You can buy uhmw (ultra high molecular weight) plastic in rolls that is very slippery. Woodcraft has some that is 3/4" wide by 1/16" thick in a roll. May be available at Lowes as well.
