Some general questions

Hello!

New to Airforums! Thanks to everyone that has created and sustained this cool community, not sure where I'd be without all the knowledge and solid advice these forums provide. Very excited to start posting about my project.

My partner and I are one month into our renovation/restoration (not sure which word applies here) of a 28' 1968 ambassador. It has the typical water damage and rear end separation.

We are at the point where we have taken out the inner skins, have taken out some rotten subfloor (still leaving a decent amount in the C channel), and now just getting peaks of the rusty frame underneath.

At this point, I want to start posting and getting some guidance. I've noticed that people will post one main thread of the entire renovation posting as they make progress in the model-specific trailer threads. Or is it preferred to make multiple project threads in the different subcategories of the repair forums?

Is that a stupid question?

Thanks!!

Your choice. If people search they can choose to look for title or content. If you want to manage multiple threads they go for it. I would definitely post in a Reno or your specific model section. The likely hood of you getting someone to be able to handle your specific question will be much higher
