Only when batteries are charging. You can only measure Amp, watts when they are “flowing”.
Thanks! I had disconnected the battery's so I could replace the seven way plug. When I did I found a pigtail with a 15 amp fuse that wasn't connected to anything. I thought maybe I unplugged something but there is nothing there to plug it into. The solar volts show 21 so I guess all is well. I'm plugged into shore power all the time so solar doesn't charge often.

Hi
I'm guessing one end of the pigtail went somewhere. If so, what did it connect to? If it just goes to the DC busbar that's one thing. If it goes to some sort of gizmo then that's probably not good .....

According to this service walkthrough it appears that fuse should be for the solar connector on the frame. It should then be connected to the batteries.
