So, what are these?

These two steel items came out of my '69 Overlander, but were not installed. The bathroom was disassembled and without a floor, so I'm guessing these were in the "service center" originally. I think this first one is a battery tray:


But I don't have a clue what this is, any help appreciated:

The second item might be a cover for the battery box area? I'm going by the holes that might be vents.... Does it fit with the tray in the first picture?

Kay asked me to look. I'm thinking it's a cover that went over the old univolt converter.
