Snapped freshwater tank valve stem repair

Hello.

A valve stem on my 23' International was cracked and leaking. I snapped both off to see if there was a way to screw something new in its place. The problem is that this is only my second repair and I have no clue what options are available.

I'm confused. You said valve stem - I don't see a valve. What line is that? You said you snapped both off. What other thing did you snap off?

Is that the top of the tank? Is that the fresh water input? Is one of the two the suction line to the pump? If it is then there is a tube down from the fitting down near the bottom of the tank.

Sorry for any missing information. I am still learning the vocabulary.
Will share some more pics to help visually explain what I am dealing with and would love any ideas for fixing this the best way possible. Even I with practically zero experience can tell they clearly designed this wrong and when I repair it I would like to swap the placements of the drain valve and supply line from the tank to the trailer. See new pics. The writing is messy, I was using a mouse to draw, sorry.

Any ideas what specific parts I am actually shopping for?
Clearly I need a router.
Not sure after that. Are there specific cutting attachments for plastic vs metal?
How do I know what sizes I need?
What plastic parts am I welding into the tank?

I am home-bound with post cancer treatment compromised immune system during this pandemic and will be ordering parts and tools. Any specifics will help dramatically.
