Sliding shade has string hanging

The other day we went to close the sliding pleated shade on the corner window in back of the recliner on our 2015 Classic 30 and at the top and bottom, the fine thread/cord in the aluminum channel seems to have lost its tension and is hanging loose. Anyone know how to fix that ?
