We have had great service from Southland RV. We purchased a 2018 Serenity 28 from them in April of 2018. Great people and great service. It sounds like they got you fixed in time for your trip - hope it goes well without any more issues.
BTW - we ordered our AS with the manual awning after hearing of all the issues the power version has.
For us, simpler is better.

The app will control everything Except the air conditioning, so that didn’t help. Thanks for a great suggestion though. We got our new cZone panel and are now on the road for our Thanksgiving trip.

Had I known about the power awning being problematic, I would have gone manual also. Our Classic was configured by another buyer who cancelled the deal, so we could purchase it as built or stay at the end of the custom build line, so we chose to take it.

I will have to say that Southland tried hard and ultimately got it all done so we could go on our trip. The only thing that makes it challenging for us is we live five hours away, so when something needs to be checked, it’s a big deal. Fortunately, they are building a new location close to us which will be huge going forward starting next Fall.
