Shower hose question

My flexible hose for the handheld wand is leaking at the control/source end. It appears the hose can be disconnected at bothe ends, and replaced by a new hose without major plumbing intervention. Is this correct? I am reluctant to attempt to unscrew the ends unless sure such can be done as we are on a caravan away from AS shops. Also, is the connector some standard size? Thanks for any info.

You can get these at any hardware/plumbing/blue or orange store! You dont ever need to be near/ go to an Airstream dealer for much of anything!

Exactly what No.13 said above. Remove the old hose, and take it in to any of the aforementioned stores.

Buy a roll of white plumber's tape, and ask them to show you how to use it.

It's about as complicated as taking apart a ballpoint pen. You can do this!!

It might just be a missing washer in that end. Unscrew it and check. They are also available at hardware stores.

We always change our OEM shower head and hoses to an Oxygenics. Also available on the web and at the blue store, CW, haven't seen them at the orange store. A much nicer shower stream.
