Shower clothesline....buy direct..not AS

My mistake I went to AS for a general part...

The clothesline in the shower no longer retracted. I took it off and determined...nope I can't fix it. So I went to AS nearby to buy a new one.

It cost $30...
looking at the box/model/website I found I could buy it direct from
honeycando.com for....

$15

lesson learned.

I'm quickly learning that purchasing parts for an Airstream is just like getting parts for your sailboat. You can get that "authentic" part or you can get an equivalent.

Hi

You never know when the AS price on a $30 part will be $60 or $20 ... there's no rhyme or reason to it.
