Hi, Big thank you to Brian O (service manager at Airstream of Scottsdale). We are on our maiden voyage with our new 2019 FC 23fb ... from Denver to Malibu ... and ... we discovered our new trailer's water heater would not work ... uh, not what we wanted ... so we called Brian and he said, 'be here at 7am and I'll see what I can do' ... so, we stopped in (on our way from Albuquerque) ... 5 minutes and a new circuit board later - we were up and running.

Thank you Brian - you saved our trip !
