Shore power
We have a 2015 Flying Cloud 25ft with rear twin beds. Our electrical box is under the dining area sofa . It’s a Parallax model 8355. Two nights ago I was running my CPAP machine and a700 watt electric heater. In the bedroom . (We were down to single digits in the northeast South Dakota.) So I believe I over loaded the current and had blown a fuse. I checked the breakers and all were not tripped. I checked the GFI in bathroom and was soft and did not reset. Went to Menards and bought a new one followed carefully the line and load instructions and installed new GFI. Used multimeter to check voltage from pedestal on the main common and hot. 120 volts. Turned all circuit breakers on and checked receptacles. The multi meter reads no current between the common and hot, but 120 a full current on the hot and the ground and that’s with all the receptacles. I have no power to fridge and microwave , I’m running on propane for the fridge but no 120 V for televisions doesn’t work. I’m just running on 12 volts now. looking for Advice on what to check . I get full power into the camper when it gets to the box. I’m thinking there must be a ground fault switch or ground for fuse or something that I don’t know about if anyone could help me I would appreciate it.
Thank you.

Am I correct that you are getting power from the outside box to your trailer but none of your outlets are working. You also said the breakers did not trip however you did not say if you checked each of the individual fuses. If you have not checked each one I would do so. You might also want to check the outlets that you had the heater and the CPAP machine plugged into to see if they are fried. I wish I could be of more assistance however I am sure other will have better advice.

It sounds like you have a loose or broken wire in the common side of the circuit. Maybe in your main power cord or plug. I do not think a 700 watt heater and a CPAP should be an overload. I have had several issues with the power cord and plug. But the multimeter should show 120 between the 2 legs of the circuit and the breakers should break the hot wire in the circuit. I do not know anything about inverters so this might not apply if you are using an inverter circuit.

twist lock connection check for neutral to hots coming into brkr box .
should show 120vac between neutral and hot and earth bond and hot if not unplu and check connections in plug . check cord unplugged from trailer but still in post to isolate trailer from cord . note no power also means no converter charge to batts so appls will start shutting down as dc volts fall .

If the outlets that aren't working are on the inverter circuit it could be a fuse on the inverter. Also make sure to turn off all breakers then back on.

There should be fuses in the hot side only, not the common side.

If you show no voltage from hot to neutral (you called it common) the neutral line is interrupted somewhere, most likely at the pedestal or in your power cable or its mate on the trailer.
I carry three adapters a 50A-30A, a 30A-15A, and a 15A-30A, and an inexpensive outlet tester. The outlet tester will identify all the potential wiring faults: open lines and reversed hot-neutral and neutral-ground. To test the campground power, I plug the 30-15A adapter into the pedestal and plug the outlet tester into the adapter. I should check every time I arrive at a site but I seldom do. The outlet tester is plugged into an outlet right at the door. I always have everything on shore power turned off, except for the converter. After I plug into the pedestal I look at the outlet tester. If it is OK I power up the trailer (AC, water heater, etc.).
