Roof Leak Prevention / Maintenance

I am in the process of renewing the caulk (trempro 635) and (dicor self level roof sealant) at the fantastic vents, antenna, plumbing vents, marker lights etc.
They are all bad and I cannot see the refrigerator vent roof penetration well enough to know how the seal is there. Question...do I need to drill out the rivets holding the vent to renew the caulk ? Is there a gasket for this penetration ?

Wow.. long time, no reply...

Give us a picture of the area in question. Usually rivets are 'permanent'.. hopefully. if you are talking about the fridge vent on the roof, there is usually a gasket 'under' there.. but, you do not need to rip off the vent unless it is leaking and you must get under it.
