Replacing Caravel trailer wire while doing subfloor replacement

Hi,

I am doing a shell on complete redo of a 67 Caravel. It is completely gutted, got all interior panels out.

I am replacing all subfloor and saw the trailer wire that goes thru the frame for the tow lights, brakes, charge battery. They were in bad shape, looks knawed thru. Lights did not work when i towed it.

So, my question is while ive got the subfloor out and have access to snake in new wire should it do it?

Also, what kind of wire or harness do i need? I know at tractor supply they have trailer wire but it is only 4 wires.

Should i snake new wire thru the frame or can i just use conduit and zip tie to the frame?

Thanks!
