Replace A/C Shroud

I need to replace the A/C roof shroud due to cracks, ect. I have a 2000 31 ft Excella with 13.5 Duo-therm heat pump(Dometic/Penguin). I need a mfg. part or suitable replacement.

This is a very common part that most RV dealerships and Internet sites supply. I just did an Internet search and found lots of them. If you have any specific model numbers on your Penguin it would be helpful. I saw prices as low as $89 and others in the $100 range. I think I paid just over $100 for mine at my local Airstream dealer.

Note that there are foam baffles that come with most shrouds. Be sure to replace the old ones since they are vital in proper air flow within the Penguin shroud.

...you'd think that they could manufacture a shroud that would last....granted they are in a very inhospitable environment. I keep thinking how cool it would be if mine was aluminum and matched the trailer.
