Repairs in Northern Virginia
I have always used an Airstream dealer for maintenance and occasional repairs since I purchased my first 19’ Bambi FC in 2010. NW Adventures was my first dealer and as I moved around I used RV One in Tampa and Airstream of Virginia since 2017. I have always been pleased with the level of service. Over the past two years I noticed that scheduling was becoming a gating event to getting out on the road. Most recently in July of this year I was quoted a September drop off date for maintenance. I started looking around because I needed a bathroom floor repaired (originally quoted in fall of 2021 at $5,100) Purpose of this email is to let fellow Airstreamers know of a quality repair/maintenance shop in Woodstock, VA. I took my 2017 23’ FC in for the floor repairs within a week of initial call and it was completed in two weeks for $1,600. The job was spotless, the description of what they found and how they repaired was detailed and itemized. I then took my 2021 27’ FC (bought after I sold 23’) for a once over since I purchased it used. There was wear on the right front tire, A/C’s had mud daubers throughout, etc., etc. They took the trailer in within a week of the call, found the axel was faulty (called Dexter, covered by warranty and repaired in two weeks (shipping)) fixed a laundry list of little items from trailer being in Texas storage. Naked Bear RV Repair deserves 5 stars for expeditious quality service and customer service. Highly recommend.
