Removing door bolts

So here I am redoing a 76 Argosy and looking at the hinge which seems to be ok (other than it needs new pins and washers and I know I can do this without taking the hinges out). But looking at the rusted bolts I just wonder if I should tackle this or not, and then how would you get these out (my guess is cutting them out with a dremel(about all the room you have on the back side). Is it worth it, what are peoples thoughts?
