Remove Refrigerator to mount TV bracket?

2004 25’ classic. New to me.
It looks like I should remove the refrigerator so as to get washers and nuts on the back side of the tv bracket. How hard is it to slide out?
I’m not comfortable using lag screws in the wood hearing how much the trailer is jolted when towing.

I installed a TV mount in the bedroom for a 24" TV several years ago. Pretty sure used wood screws because the other side of the wall is the shower. It's been fine. Even survived a trip to Alaska. Airstream uses a pretty high quality plywood.
