Remove Atwood stove top

I have one burner that won’t light on my 2017 FC. I have looked at the Atwood instruction manual and several YouTube videos that show you push back the black top and then lift the front. Numerous tries by both my wife and I together have failed to remove the top.

Any ideas?

Okay, got it off and now it is much easier to remove. I have the middle burner that won’t light most of the time. Can light it with match all the time and seems to create a spark, but won’t light!
