Rear stabilizer jacks not working

2019 Classic 30.' Front stabilizers work fine. But when I engage either the extend or retract button on the rear stabilizers nothing happens. No movement no click no nuthin'

I can't find a dedicated breaker and the owners manual is no help. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

I really don't know anything about them, but it would be a fuse and not a breaker (if that was the problem). Did you check the fuses?

Call the dealer. Most valuable phone number when you buy a new coach is the service manager's phone number. Next is the JC customer service number.

Battery condition? Front running off TV - rear off battery and they are dead? crazy, but maybe?

As suggested, a fuse.

Can you manually run them down. That may release a bind and get all moving again.

Have you operated them prior? Is this a mfg fault? Are they even connected?

Has anyone suggested yo call the dealer or JC. . Hope you get it figured. Bummer. Pat

Mine have a fuse on the jack control panel. There is also a circuit breaker for the jacks.

Thanks all but no luck.
Cannot locate a fuse. Dealer could not help. Telephone call to Eric at Jackson Center not helpful. No clicking when I try to extend or retract them. I manually raised and lowered several times but still no movement when with depressed. I'll contact the mother ship-again.

If anyone knows where the fuse is located for the rear stabilizer please advise and thanks.

I have the solution and want to share it for future reference if anyone else experiences this issue. The Switch is bad. Below I have copied the response fro AS customer service which led me to my conclusion:

The wires for this stabilizer jack originate at the front end board located at the front of the unit located under the furniture. the wires the travel to breakers located behind the microwave. They then run to the switches for the stabilizer jacks and power is distributed to the jack motors from there. If you have a meter, remove the switch and check the power going into the switch (red or yellow wire depending on which side). If we have power to the switch and the motor is not making any sort of noise at all, it is likely that the switch has gone bad. If we have a technician look into this, they would be able to pinpoint the loss of power.
