Question concerning 7-way connector and cord

I'm rebuilding a 1992 Excella. I'm going to replace the umbilical cord and connector with a new molded one. My cord contains the following sized wires:

10 AWG, White (Ground) and Black (12VPower)
12 AWG, Blue (Brakes) and Yellow (Backup Lights)
14 AWG, Green(Running), Brown (Right Turn) and Red (Left Turn)

I have not been able to find a new umbilical cord with the same sized wires. Etrailer does not have one. With theirs the yellow wire is only 14 AWG.

Can anyone tell me where I can find one like mine or does it matter?

14ga is fine for bu lights. Or go find a local truck parts supplier, Fleet Pride, Truck Pro etc. who would have more of a selection and can generally purchase by the foot

PPL in Houston may have what you are looking for. I don't know if they will sell you odd lengths because a 100ft. of this stuff is expensive.

I've bought a lot of stuff from them and they have great service.

Apparently the 7-way wiring specs have changed slightly, since 1992. The yellow wire is now 14 AWG or at least I've been unable to find a 7-way that had a 12AWG yellow wire. Since it's only used for back up lights I fail to see the need for it to be more than 14 AWG. With that said, I found the molded plug and 12' cord on Amazon for a very good price. I also bought a 7 wire connection junction box and a new breakaway switch as well.
