pull shade probelm

One of the shades on the curve in the front corner of the coach has decided not stop functioning properly. There appears to be a cord running in a channel on the bottom and top of the cornice guiding the slide of the shade. That cord has now become very limp from the top and is hanging. It seems to be fine on the bottom, tho. Any idea how to fix this ?
