Premature chrome rusting?

I have a 2019 Flying Cloud about 9 months old. I've noticed some significant rust and corrosion on the chrome parts, particularly the running light trim and rear tail lights. Anyone else experience this with their late model trailer? Is this a warranty item?

Rubbing compound and a good wax afterward. It is going to take a couple of hours for the first goround, but after that they stay pretty clean. It is called cheap Crome. My 2018 globetrotter has the same issue if that is any comfort. These trailers are not maintenance free and one needs to constantly spend time cleaning, polishing, etc to keep them looking new.

These pieces are only the cheapest, thinnest later if ďchromeĒ over plastic. I am on our third set on our 2014 FC and nothing will prevent them from eventually showing this corrosion.

I would pay 💰 💰 💰 if any oem or aftermarket supplier came out with quality chromed metal pieces.

Iíve had 15 year old cars will perfect chrome.
