Power Jack Maintenance Question

On my two year old airstream my power tongue jack is making unusual noises. Its a level rite Hi Power 3000. It works but a certain height it makes grinding screeching noises from inside and the motor starts to work harder. Seems like some lube is needed but how to do this? I can't see any obvious lube spots. Anybody do routine maintenance on their jack?
