Pink sticky fluid leaks from walls / ceiling / micropule panel

We have a 2012 27FB Eddie Bauer. Over the last few months we noticed a pink fluid leaking from the Micro Pulse Tank monitors. Almost like antifreeze in color- but pinkish in color. The 2 weeks ago the back left window leaked the same color, and then the front right window. When the fluid dries, its tacky / sticky. It damaged one of our front curtains, but a dry cleaner was able to get it 99% out.

We brought our AS to the Out of Doors mart here in NC for a few other repairs, and they said they would look into it. There was a another newer AS onsite, with the same symptoms, and we were told all their curtains were stained. Does the factor use some type of coating that is leaking when it gets humid?

There is an oily coating on the interior panels when they are made that could get onto the "stuff" in your trailer. It won't hurt to wipe the interior panels down with some denatured alcohol and microfiber cloths.

Did they change the adhesive when they went with the "eco" insulation? Was that 2012 or 13?

I understand that the adhesive that holds the insulation to the outer wall is water soluble and when the humidity is high it can dissolve the adhesive and it will ooze out. It happened in my 19' but it was clear or white.

This stuff is pink and tacky / sticky- like an adhesive. It runs out along the inside walls were there are overlapping seams. It definitely appears more when its humid. The bad part is that its staining curtains, and now oozing out in about 4 places.

You live in CO and should not have much issues with humidity. The pink stuff that is leaking sounds a bit like the antifreeze that one uses in your plumbing and holding tanks. Is there any possibility that someone used this stuff in the wrong place, such as in your A/C and now it is leaking through the windows?
