Parts, where to purchase?

I've put all new vents on roof, thanks to hail. I have a 1977 Holiday Rambler, which takes same roof vents as Airstream. On the inside of the vent screen there is a metal piece attached which helps support the switch. I need one. If I need to submit a photo I can.

I also need a door to my water tank, where I put my hose to fill it. I haven't been able to locate one. Now this may not be Airstream.....

The final item I'm looking for are Vent Cranks. Not your normal/usual handle. I think I will just go take photos and put on here. Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you.

Welcome to the AF Wingman. Don't give up just yet.

When you want to post pictures scroll down from the new post entry to find "manage attachments". This opens a new window.

Click "browse" to search for you photos.
Do this for each photo. After 4 photos you must then upload them.
Now you can select 4 more photos and upload them. And so on.

Chose your photos and click upload. Wait on the upload to complete. Now close this page which returns you to your written post page. Submit that post by clicking the box on bottom of page "submit reply".

Your photos are restricted to size. Best to email the photos to yourself, then save them to your documents and pick them from there. They will now be the proper size to post on this forum.

Show us some pictures of your HR and we will try to help source whatever your need.

Dave

And here are photos of my HR. We've worked and invested over 3 grand into it. During the Summer its used every other week at the least!!

Next week taking it up into the Black Hills to a lake for the week. Not even suppose to get out of the 70's. And some rain.

Looking good! If you can keep those older units going that is cash in the bank over buying new.

The metal piece you need to hold the switch looks like it would be easy to duplicate by bending up some alumium in the vice. Worth a try?

You might have to upgrade to a new style like this for the door.

Wow. I like that door set. And the price is most agreeable. I haven't seen any under $40. I'll measure and check into. Thank you.

Any ideas on my window cranks? Sure seems like I could find them somewhere. Or did you mean for me to check that store for them, also? I'll go do that.
