Parts department in Jackson Center

How does one get in touch of a real person in the part department in Jackson Center? Left messages, no call back. Downloaded parts catalog for 2020 Basecamp is not up to date. Need dinette parts. Seems like Airstream changed the roadside to split boards, but not the curbside.

No parts department at Jackson Center. You have to buy parts directly from dealer.

You can call the customer service number and select for technical support and they may be able to get you any schematics available? Otherwise your dealer network will be able to do it as well

Two dealerships with great parts departments with online ordering are Woodland Airstream and the dealership formerly called Out Of Door Mart.
