Painting a logo

So, let's say that, hypothetically, I were a new owner, and I were to decide that I wanted to paint a little design on the front of my trailer. Not that I would violate the Airstream ethos or anything, because it would have nothing to do with flamingos. I was--hypothetically--thinking of that art on the noses of bombers from WWII. But what paint would a purely imaginary person who wanted to do this use ...

... and does anybody actually commit such a crime against nature?

Would paint have to be the answer? Hypothetically, a person could consider vinyl cling graphics or even shrink wrap.

I would absolutely do vinyl graphics. You can get anything turned into them.

This was done by an artist that does warbird nose art and I had it made into a vinyl decal. It's on both sides of the AS and I have a spare. Do anything you want, it's your trailer!

This is a photo print on Aluminum installed on the street side segment protector...note the rivets around the perimeter.

Nose art a la' WW II Aircraft - used to own several aircraft in a former life.

Go for the real deal , "bomber type " art in paint. Who cares, it's your trailer and you can do what you want. Probably sign paint like One Shot. I still prefer paint over vinyl especially when a good artist does it. Would you put vinyl pinstriping on a classic car?
