They have our 21' 94 Sovereign at this time. Removing the carpet, checking subfloor and putting in new flooring, Fantastic fans, new stainless front Attwood oven, replacing wood look panel on fridge with stainless, resealing skin where needed and they have someone reupholstering our sofa in leather. We have been more than satisfied with their work and they have never said they could not do what we ask. We drive 3 hours for their work.

I've only stopped in one time got a part from ODM but we can't forget Terry in this discussion. Not only fixes em and helps fix em at rally's he uses one and camps with it.

On two occasions I have ordered factory fabric from ODM so as to make custom items for my AS's. Currently I have received curtain fabric so i can create window valences like the new Classics...... have to catch up with BAB....

Out of doors mart sucks! I created an account, placed an order and paid. I waited a week. Still no order arrived. I logged in again to check the status. There was no order and nothing in my cart. They brag that your I purchased items stay in your cart. So I thought if I made the mistake and did not place the order right they would still there. They weren't. I tried to place the order again. I put two items in my cart, or so I thought. Then when I went to put a third item in, I was sent to a specials page telling me my cart was empty. I called the company. I was placed on hold. The receptionist came back and told me the staff was too busy to hear about their online problem. I asked for a manager. She told me to give her my number. I said I needed to talk to someone now. She told me no. I told her I was going to go to another company. She said she was sorry. I hung up. They have a broke online site. They lack people support to deal with these problems.

Post #24 does not sound typical of my experience whatsoever. Great group of employees who respond timely and courteously. Was just in there for some work/purchases on Wednesday past.
