Almost a year since we purchased our rolling dream machine.

With the physical assistance of my loving wife and the infinite knowledge on the forum, we have changed all the exterior lights to LED's (which took much, much longer then what we thought it would—even longer than “double the time allotted” airstream norm).

We installed new 7-way wiring in both the tow vehicle and the airstream and wired up a new breakaway switch.

Stripped down the A-frame, primed, bed-liner coated and painted the A-frame. At the same time we put bed-liner coating and painted the front wraps. And lastly we took out the manual jack and installed new wiring and a new electric A-frame jack.

The next project was installing three new roof fans.

During that time, we have had the “light-bulb” above the head and the “what the crap was that” look when something didn’t work followed by the "now what do we do" look. Which was usually followed up with…..well what did the guys on the forum do? Did they have the same problem?
