We just got our 2021 Globetrotter. Slightly used (only a couple of months old). So far, so good as far as stuff working. Thought it would be worth asking for recommendations for repairs when they come up. We live in Orlando and we know RVOne is an Airstream dealer. I've never had them do any repairs on any of our stuff. We've also used Le Mesa in Sanford and were generally happy with them, but I don't know if they work on Airstreams. I'd be willing to drive an hour or 2 to a good repair shop, like around Tampa or Jacksonville. Looking for recommendations.
I’ve had mostly good experiences at Airstream of Tampa (which is also RVOne but without the horror stories). We’re in West Palm Beach so any Airstream dealership is a 3-4 hour drive. I’ve used them all once or twice and I keep going back to Tampa.
Had not heard any horror stories about them. We bought our Jayco there and it was a good experience. Never had any service done there. I did hear some less than complementary things about a few of the managers there from a former employee but I suppose you have to take that with a grain of salt.
