Noisy furnace

Need some assistance from the AS guru's out there. My furnace( Suburban NT30 S) runs great, but ever so often it makes this god awful screeching sound. . .usually around 4am!😡😴. I believe it to be the fan, it comes and goes. Can this fan be lubed or worse case replaced?

Mine does it intermittently the first few uses of the season then quits. I suspect it is the fan bearings.

Thanks for your help. Video was real helpful, in regarding to dismantling the furnace. Unfortunately I have to order a replacement blower fan, but better than replacing the furnace! Thanks again and sorry for the delayed response.
