I purchased a used 25FBT AS from them in December. I would rate them a 1 on a scale of 5 with 5 being great and 1 being horrible. Sales person was not well informed on the product. Since I did not buy a hitch from them it was made clear to me that they would not assist me with connecting the trailer. I traded another AS for this one and retained my hitch. I had to change out the brackets for the WD bars in the rain with no help.
They really pushed putting down a deposit on my first contact over the phone and when I arrived to look at the trailer. It seemed the salesperson was afraid one of the other salespeople would sell it out from under her. I bought the trailer because it fit my need but I will never use that dealership for any service.
When I got the trailer home and inspected the tires more closely I saw excessive wear on the inside tread of one of the tires. I wanted to know why this had not been discovered in their make ready. I was charged for a state inspection that should have failed the tire. The fact I was charged for the inspection was strange since Texas does not require an inspection for trailers with a gross weight less than 7500 lbs. The gross weight for my trailer was 7300 lbs. I texted and then talked to the salesperson about this. She said her sales manager would give me a call. Four months later I am still waiting on that call. When I didn't hear back I texted the salesperson with a request for contact information of the general sales manager with no response received.
There were other things but then this really turns into a rant. I blame myself for a lot of this as I got in a hurry because of the shortage of trailers. I know the things to look for but just didn't look close enough.
