Question Motorhome spare tire cover

I have a 1984 310 classic diesel motorhome that is missing the spare tire cover. Anyone have a thought where I might find a replacement?

not to dig up an old thread or anything but my 84 310 spare tire cover is cracked at the bottom and held on by an ever so attractive bungee.
i'd love to find one myself...

also, anyone know where to get the rubber keeps that are on the bottom of the spare tyre cover?
they are also the latches/keeps that hold down the doghouse.
i dont know what to call 'em to do a search.

Mary,
Cracked can be fixed...
Can you post some pictures to see how bad it is?

Spare tire cover

Well, we have our spare tire cover but the darn thing sits partly in front of the gas cap and I have a hard time opening the gas tank cover to put the gas pump in.....I am wondering if I have an original cover......it is somewhat flexible but not so easy.....and it is missing 2 Airstream letters...(ea)...can you see the gas cap flap between the license plate and the tire cover?.paula

thanks for the link, i'm ordering the latches asap
and yeah, mine looks about the same with a pretty bad crack on one of the sides.

i'll attempt to fix the tyre cover myself,
but i'm always on the lookout for one in better condition

i've seen some neat decals and designs painted on the cover....what's the plan for yours?

Hold up Mary...
Those latches are "Like mine" not maybe exactly the same.
I will get the sizes of mine in the next day of so!

My plan is to paint mine a "Bright Aluminum silver" pretty much as original, but I might slide it slightly toward a darker silver to contrast, buit havbe not decided yet.
