Mold developing between outer and interior skins.

Our 2015 AS Serenity has two skylights and recently a corner of one was struck by hail and some rain water seeped into the overhead. This moisture dripped through the ceiling and into the trailer. It was wiped up and there is no apparent damage to the interior of the coach. The skylight has been repaired and our only concern now is the possibility of mold forming between the roof and the interior skin.
Has anyone had any experience with mold developing in their coach after a similar incident or is this not a concern?

There really isn't much in the walls of an AS that is nutritive to mold. Water is part of what it needs, but the other part is something to feed on ....
