Leaks

We have 2 problems with our 2019 30' Flying Cloud which we bought used from a dealer 3 weeks ago.
1: the toilet leaked a lot when we first filled it with water to put in the tank tablet thing. The water flowed across the bathroom floor. It then leaked after every flush. The dealer came 5 hours to pick it up and had it for two weeks but couldn't find a leak. We finally went back to pick it up. We couldn't get it to leak more than a few drops which they said is condensation.
2: When we just drove it home (a 3 hr trip). When we opened the door there was water covering the entire coach floor. It was also on the couch and all over the kitchen counter. We think the kitchen sink Faucet leaked when we drove. The first hour of our trip we didn't have the sway bars tight enough so the trailer swayed a bit but why would the faucet leak?
Has anyone had these problems?

Do you turn the pump off while you're not using it?

Oh man we are so new at this. We don't know. So no. We'll have to find out how to do that. So that explains the kitchen faucet. Does it explain the toilet leak?

We turn the pump off when driving as well as a hair tie around the bathroom and kitchen handles to prevent them from wiggling open.

Don’t know about your toilet. Shouldn’t leak unless it’s cracked unless the seal at the floor is bad or the pex his busted somewhere?

Have you looked at all the connections behind the toilet?

Leaks

I just checked and the pump was off. So why would we get so much water? It looked like an entire 16 oz glass of water or more was poured all over.

How much water was in the toilet bowl when you started your tow and how much was left when you arrived? We travel with an inch of water or less when traveling as it can splash out.

Did you have water in the bowl? When we forget to empty the bowl before travel, we sometimes have water on the floor from sloshing out.. I know that may seem unlikely, but it will happen on some trips, if the ride is less than perfect.

RE water on the counters and floor, easily could have just been water in the lines. You can open the valve with the pump off to drain the lines prior to closing and securing prior to travel

Just turn the faucet on with the pump off. We catch that water for AM coffee

After 10 months at the dealer we finally have a new toilet. We stayed in it last night and no leaks! The RV even smells better!!!!
