Most truck and trailer repair centers can direct you to their local shop who repairs and rebundles leaf springs. I had that done to a Chev 3/4-ton van about 10 years ago. It was done while I waited - I think the wait was about 1 hour, and I had it done when the night shift was on, so they were less busy.

Actually you want both sides so the trailer will set level. One old sprung spring and one new spring will make the trailer higher on the new spring side. There's almost always a spring shop in the bigger towns.
