Late model exhaust fan leak. ..gasket?

Anyone dissasembled one of these Iate mkdel exhaust fans yet? I have a 05 Safari 30 and in a pounding rain found a couple of drops on thr floor. Maybe it needs a gasket?

Had the same symptom but the pros in Jackson Center re-caulked and sprayed to check for leaks. Since then we've been in some biblical rains and have been dry as toast.
