Kudos to Tampa RV and Airstream
I bought my Bambi in Dec. 2014 (new). The floor vinyl had ripples in it. I asked to have it fixed and AS/JC said all the dealer could do was try to re-stretch it. After requesting numerous times again, my service people finally got AS to approve new flooring. When they finally pulled up the flooring, found the floor rotted, leaks from under the frig and water tank, another in the vent above the shower (?). It was a matter of time before the floor collapsed. It is all being repaired now under warranty, thank goodness.
I guess the squeaky wheel gets the grease, and a service department at Tampa RV that really tries to help satisfy its customers.
Thanks for sticking with me. (Now let's hope there are no more problems once it is out of warranty.)

Good news indeed! I took delivery of my 2016 FC at Tampa RV in July 2015 & have never been back, very fortunate as I've had no problems. We did stop at JC last June, only because it was on the way as we traveled.

Anyone have any experience with tampa rv? There facilities just look out of date and old, where airstream of ft myers looks fantastic.

See my reply previously written today. They have made changes in their service department and seem to be doing well. I've been there at least three times since I bought my airstream trying to get things fixed which they have every time . Ft Myers is a three hour drive away. And looks aren't everything. Sales and service there are in two separate areas so you have to go to both to get answers

Tampa RV bought what used to be Bates RV along I-4. We bought our first Air stream there but never went back for the second. Their Sales and Service were lousy and the place was getting seedy looking.
From the looks of it Tampa RV is trying hard and they have a good reputation.

Tampa RV
We purchased our 2016 FC25 from Tampa RV. Attended the Tampa Supershow in 2015 and 2016 trying to figure out motorhome vs. travel trailer. Ordered model we liked at the show this January and Stephen Weaver and the rest of the sales people were very knowledgeable and friendly. Took delivery in May and spent the week at nearby Ft. Desoto. Had a few minor issues and the service people responded very well to make things right. We shopped two other dealers including Colonial but Tampa RV offered the best deal. Also the Airstream Rep (Tim) threw in a different flooring to make us happy. We live in Northwest Georgia so its a long way for service but so far everything is working well and may try newer local dealer in Atlanta if there is a need.
Would recommend these folks, just wish I was closer.
Dave
