Question JC Service manager replacement 2021??

Anyone in 2021 been to the JC service center? I know Brad has left and curious who took his place. I'm also interested to know if the replacement has the same bedside manner as Brad did. He was very confident and accommodating. I hope they found a clone who treats you as well as Brad did.

The other service people in the office left a lot to be desired and were gruff / short from my interactions with them even when speaking with them from a soft spoken point of view.

Anyone have any experience or info? Anyone know where Brad went and/or why?

We are at the Service Center now. As mentioned, everyone has been great.

Our regular interface is with Bill, the tech doing/leading the work on our AS. He is absolutely super. Could not ask for a more pleasant, knowledgeable and hard working gent to do the work.

So is there someone who replaced Brad? Bill reports to someone, just wondering if you met that someone.....who would be Brad's replacement.

The techs and all those guys are nice/great...the gruff are the ones that are in the office taking appointments and that kind of thing...from what I experienced.

Other than a quick check in. I have had very little interface with the front office folks.

Oh, except a very nice gent named "Josh". About 8 AM, he came around and introduced himself to each person in the lounge. Chatting and offering any local info folks may need. He even wrote everyone's name down so he would remember. He pointed out where he sat and asked that we stop by if there was anything we needed. Very nice touch on their part.

If Josh is the new Service Manager, he was wonderful.

Josh is the new service manager. If you are there now, look on the board behind the receptionist desk (on the left hand side).
