Jackson Center Questions

I assume the new facility is operational by now, although I could be mistaken. I haven't heard anything about it for a while and I have a couple of questions that maybe someone could answer and enlighten me.
Since A/S built the new buildings have they started doing repairs there or, do they still do repairs at the old facility?
If they do repairs at the new building, did they build another place for us to camp overnight?

I’ve got a service appointment on April 6th. Considering the US is shuttering a lot of businesses and events to isolate, has anyone heard about airstream potentially going the same thing to their service department?

JC is such a small town and I would assume the service center brings a lot of people from all over and there is a chance of spread from there.

I plan on giving them a call tomorrow to inquire but didn’t know if someone else already heard something.

I have an appointment there this coming Tuesday (03/17). They called to confirm this past Thursday. I am glad there is no rain or snow predicted!

I called this morning (Mon Mar 16, 2020) to make sure the camping area would be open on Thu Mar 18. They said "yes" and that we should not have a problem getting a spot for overnight. Don't have a service appointment, but headed home and going right past Jackson Center. We have a few minor things that we want their opinion on, and they said they would have someone look at them. No repairs on this visit, just info.

Called them this morning as well and they said everything is business as normal still. They would try and get a hold of everyone to reschedule if for some reason they do end up closing.
