Is our '13 FC28 a lemon?

Hi folks,
I'll just cut to the chase.
Has anyone had any success getting Airstream to cover leaks and trapped water under warranty?
If so, can you tell me anything special you did to achieve success?

We've had ongoing moisture problems going back well before our warranty expired on our 2013 FC28. Initially, our concerns were dismissed as condensation related.
Although AS finally authorized a pressure test and did some leak repairs, as what they call a 'good will gesture', we still have leaks and a ton of trapped water.

They have said there is no more they will do. We are extremely disappointed, to say the least, and believe more coverage is due under the warranty.

And this is apart from a bunch of other ongoing issues.

Any thoughts or suggestion on how to get a better response from AS?
Thanks,
callmedave

Did you just now discover the leaks? Please give more information about what you have tried to do thru the selling dealer or Airstream to stop the leaks.

Where is all the trapped water, and do you know where the leaks are from?

I'm afraid we'll be on the road for a while, so won't be on the Forum.
I'll give more info asap.
Thanks, Dave

I've often wondered if Airstream ever put any kind of drain in the U channel to let any water from leaks out of the trailer. Or does the U channel fill up and retain any water between the walls?
