interstate bath exhaust fan blade repair and fusion info system

Hi folks, Two questions here;1) the blade in the bath exhaust fan in our 2017 interstate fell to pieces like Patsy Cline said. I assume sun challenge. Is this an easy DIY job or should I go see my close friends at the Airstream ranch? Also 2) Has anyone replaced the Fusion system with something else? Is this doable? Recommendations? Thanks so much.
