Question How to adjust the microwave drawer on a 2018 27FB

Hi,
When I took delivery of my FC 27FB last year and when through the inspection, the microwave drawer rubbed against the pantry drawer below it. The dealer fixed it when I requested, but it has shifted again.
Can anyone help me learn how to adjust the drawer upward, to clear the the one below it?
Thanks,
Eric

I would be interested to know also as my microwave drawer doesn't latch securely and have to secure it while in transit.

I have been able to adjust it by taking the microwave out (sort of pivoting it up to get it out) and setting it on the range. I then took the door off by pressing the two black release points on the slides as I pulled.
Once out, I backed out the three screws on each glide and slid the glide to the furthest adjustment point and retightened. I then reassembled it all. I had unplugged the microwave initially and found it easier to plug it back in with the door off, letting the cord extend outside to the microwave on range.
I do not know how to adjust the catch mechanism.

The problem you are going to run into is that while traveling down the bumpy roads of this great country the slides will slip again to the lower position. Your best bet will be to add additional screws to the existing slide once in the desired position, and or, add a second set of slides to a lower brace if that is available. On the 23D pullout pantry most of us have added a second set of slides. This has essentially solved the problem of the pantry dropping/drooping over time while traveling.

Good. idea. I saw the individual holes and thought that that would be worthwhile.
